Come stay at this comfortable lakeside townhouse with friends & family! Have access to every amenity imaginable at Keowee Key- lake, golf, tennis, pickleball, state of the art fitness room, bocce, marinas, restaurants, paddleboard, boat rental, etc.
The property itself caters to relaxed satisfaction- so much fun!
For remote workers, we have a designated work area with strong wi-fi.
For Clemson Tiger fans, we've got great Roku TVs ready for you to add your streaming platforms and only 20 minutes away from Clemson stadium! Go tigers! Don't forget your Orange!
The space
The townhouse is split into three separate floors... each with its own bedroom and bathroom. In additon to the separate bedrooms, the top floor offers a quiet workspace loft and reading nook, the middle floor has the kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware), living room and dining room, and the bottom floor cloisters what would be a great kids room that sleeps 4. A nice sized deck with a BBQ with a full tank of propane, Table, umbrella and chairs.
Guest access Guests can access the entire property except for a dedicated linen closet (third floor) and supplies closet (bottom floor)and the garage space.
Other things to note
We like to have fun at Lake Keowee and we want you to as well!
To round out the day of fun on the lake, we've also left you a few portable chairs and a cooler so you can take snacks with you on your adventure. We only ask that you take care of our toys so others can use them in the future.
We've left you the instructions in the townhouse to refer to and will send you a digital version for your convenience.
Our family loves to play board games! We left some of board games for you to use as well as a wii gaming unit and games. Oh yes and a dvd collection along with a dvd player for your use. Please make sure to put them all away neatly when you're done!
We want your stay to be enjoyable. We love it here and want you to love it too and come back often.
